Mark then moves forward helping you find a favorable mortgage lender that can fulfill your needs. Mark works very closely with our preferred lenders to ensure our clients receive the best available terms and rates. This relationship goes along way to ensure a smooth settlement and no last minute problems or surprises.

Once financing pre-approval is in place Mark can then begin previewing and showing you properties that match your criteria. This is truly the fun part! As the scope of the search narrows we gather comparable sales, taxes, and other important information supporting your buying decision.

When it comes time to submit a contract you’ll be glad to have Mark on your side. There is much more to contract negotiating than coming to terms on price. Mark will negotiate all of the terms of the contract including inspections, contingencies, time frames, possession, earnest money, and much more. Rest assured every detail of the contract will be carefully controlled and negotiated with the sellers. Your best interests are always protected when Mark is your Buyer Agent!

Once the contract is in place we will manage all of the inspections and contingencies. We also stay in close communication with the Settlement Company and most importantly, your lender. The entire behind the scenes effort that is done on your behalf ensures you a comfortable home buying experience.
